Expertise covers design, development and sample making for bulk. At development we work with buyers to lock value for the end consumer. Facilities include a sample room, showroom and a technical centre with 2D/3D last and pattern software.
32 persons. Sampling capacity: 40 pairs per day.
An independent department checks new developments and bulk. Incoming materials, outsole, upper before cutting, stitched upper, lasted upper and finished shoes are all compared with the confirmation sample.
QC staff: 42 persons
Every operator and employee completes a structured programme in our own training centre before joining a production line.
